Shipping and Production Policy

Photo relief production: 2–6 weeks

Custom photo reliefs take 2–6 weeks from photo approval until shipment. This is production time, not delivery time. I will confirm when your photo is approved and the expected shipping window. Please provide your photo and finish choices promptly; missing information can prevent production from starting.

Trading cards, other products, and commissioned builds have the timing stated in their listing or agreed quote. The relief lead time does not automatically apply to every product.

Transit, rates, and destinations

Carrier transit time is additional to production time. Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracking will be provided when available. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated.

Delays

If I cannot ship within the promised timeframe, I will contact you before it expires with the revised shipping date and your option to cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped order. I will obtain your agreement to a delay as required by law; if you decline, or required consent is not received, I will cancel and refund the unshipped order. I will not silently extend your lead time.

Addresses and delivery problems

Check your address before ordering. Contact webbdrew20@gmail.com promptly if it needs to change or if a parcel is missing or damaged. I will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Any additional reshipping charge for an incorrect customer-provided address will be discussed before shipment. Your legal rights are not waived by a tracking scan.

If international shipping is offered at checkout, any applicable import charges not collected at checkout are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise. Returns are covered by the 90-day return policy (https://webbworks.store/policies/refund-policy).
