Using this shop

The Webb Works is a maker shop in Arab, Alabama. These terms cover this website, orders, and inquiries. Contact webbdrew20@gmail.com with questions. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Purchases and custom-project submissions must be made by an adult or with appropriate adult authorization.

Products, pricing, and payment

Prices, currency, available options, and applicable shipping and taxes are displayed on product pages and at checkout. Payment is handled through the checkout providers. If a material listing or pricing error prevents fulfillment, I will contact you to agree on a correction or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled order. I will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Orders and production

Custom relief production is 2–6 weeks from photo approval to shipment, plus transit. See the Shipping Policy (https://webbworks.store/policies/shipping-policy) and Custom Orders & Services Policy (https://webbworks.store/pages/custom-order-policy) for approval, changes, cancellations, and commissioned work. The 90-day Return Policy (https://webbworks.store/policies/refund-policy) includes personalized physical shop products.

Your material and our content

You keep your existing rights in photos and materials you submit. Your limited authorization to use them for your request does not permit publication, marketing, distribution, or unrelated reuse. The Customer Photos, Ideas & Intellectual Property Policy (https://webbworks.store/pages/customer-photos-ideas) explains permission, confidentiality, and project handover.

Public code downloads are governed by the licenses and notices supplied with them. Making a file available does not grant rights in third-party material beyond its license. Build logs may describe unfinished or experimental work; check the stated status and requirements before attempting a build. Do not treat a project log as a certification or a guarantee of suitability for every application.

Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy (https://webbworks.store/policies/privacy-policy) explains how this Shopify store handles personal information. External sites and services have their own terms. Customer submissions are not public build-log contributions unless separately authorized.

Problems and changes

Contact me first if something is wrong so I can work with you on a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Policy updates apply prospectively and do not reduce the return or delivery commitments made for an existing order. Any material change to an accepted custom project requires agreement.
